You might be asking yourself - What is a "Makerspace"?
A makerspace is a collaborative work space for making, learning, exploring and sharing. A makerspace has tools and components that allow people to enter with an idea and leave with a complete project. Most importantly, makerspaces allow us to explore, create new things, or improve things that already exist! Make It UP! wants its members to believe if they can imagine it, they can make it. We want everyone to feel like a Maker when they walk through our doors. No matter your age or experience level, you are welcome to come and explore our space and be inspired by it. Our staff and mentors are here to teach, encourage, and support. |
Interested in learning more? Have questions about membership, volunteering, or renting the space? We would love to hear from you!
