We are happy to provide assistance to our community members, as we believe that money should not be a barrier to the experiences we offer. Our ability to assist is made possible by our funding partners, Simple Kindness for Youth (S.K.Y.) and the Community Action Agency (C.A.A.).

Please fill out the following information to the best of your ability. This information is kept private and only certain aspects are shared when applying for outside funding.

Your email will NOT be shared with outside entities. It will only be used for data collection, and if you choose, to be added to our listserv so that we can make you aware of future events/workshops. Thank you for your time! You MUST be over the age of 18 to complete this request form. If you are requesting financial assistance for more than one person, you must fill out a separate form for each individual.
