Payment Options

Payment for driver education courses can be made: 
  • Check at the first class 
    • Please make checks out to "Drive America LLC"  and include the student's name in the memo line!​
    • Returned checks: $25 fee. 
  • Cash at the first class 
    • Please bring cash in an envelope with the student's name to receive proper credit.  
  • CAPE Virtual Student Funding complete Purchase Order form and submit to [email protected]

​Fee Outline

  • ​Segment 1: $490 must be paid in full by first day of class
  • Segment 2:  $115 must be paid in full by first day of class

Classroom Policies

Segment 1
  • We do NOT encourage missing any classes.
  • No more than 2 class sessions should be missed which can be made up. Any more absences will results in dismissal and forfeit of money.
  • All make up classes need to be coordinated with the class instructor by student or parent. A make up session will be added on to the end of the class. 
Segment 2
  • No Segment 2 sessions can be missed. 
Driving Sessions
  • 24 hour notice is required for cancellation of scheduled driving sessions.​
  • In the case of a "No-show," for scheduled driving, a $25 fee must be paid before next scheduled driving time.

Make up Policies & Costs

  • Make up test after 2 attempts: $15 fee 
  • Replacement certificates: $10

Refund Policies

  • No refunds after second day of class for Segment 1.
  • No refunds after first day of class for Segment 2.
Notice: 
This school is required to be licensed by the Michigan Department of State, Program Operations Division. If you have a complaint which you cannot settle with this school, write: Michigan Department of State, Program Operations Division, Lansing, Michigan 48918. Completion of driver training instruction does not guarantee qualification for a driver license. We reserve the right to refuse services at any time.
